Mona Dajani is a partner with Baker & McKenzie andhas over twenty years experience as an energy lawyer and business professional.Ms. Dajani has assisted clients in more than 50 countries on six continents andoffers clients a comprehensive understanding of oil and gas activities throughexperience in a broad spectrum of countries and companies. She has representeda variety of energy and natural resource industry clients with a particularfocus on the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors includingoil and gas producers, transport and storage providers, power, LNG, GTL, CAESand CNG concerns, petrochemical manufacturers, energy marketers, servicecompanies and private equity funds and other investors in these sectors. Ms.Dajani and concentrates principally in energy project development and finance(including LNG, LPG and GTL), M&A, and construction, procurement,operational contracting, petrochemical and oil products, gas and LNG sales.
She has significant experience in structuring anddocumenting the commercial arrangements amongst the parties to major projecttransactions as well as structuring and documenting debt, equity and securityarrangements for finance transactions (including financings combining multiplesources of debt). cross-border transactions, and the unique public and privatelaw issues involved in structuring, documenting and negotiating thesetransactions. Ms. Dajani also has substantial experience in investment,financing and monetization transactions, including M&A and project finance,public-private partnerships and privatization of infrastructure, equipmentfinance and leasing, asset acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventureformation.
